Orange County SEO or Swell Marketing. They will start well with reporting. Then fail to deliver after a month or so. When you contact Tyler Collins "Orange County SEO" "Tyler Collins" "Swell Marketing" Huntington Beach California

"Orange County SEO" or "Swell Marketing" Run by "Tyler Collins". Our company paid them for 6 months work after what was a strong proposal. After 3 months we started to notice them not deliver. By the forth month they were doing nothing. We could tell this by no login to our site and no agreed press releases.  They promised to correct the issues but never did. Staff kept leaving so we could not get any one to commit to a solution No one ever answer the phone unless you call the sales line. Then they are not able to answer.

We have asked for a refund but have  never heard back. Stay clear of them. "Tyler Collins" he never replies and is no Expert.

Steer clear as you will loose your money.

  1. The same thing happened to me...I guess you can't trust your search results when dealing with a SEO company since they are "experts" at making a name for themselves. I'm just surprised how they are still running, I should've known when I signed the contract and a picture of the CEO "Tyler Collins" face was the signature, that this company Orange County SEO or Swell Marketing is a total, complete, SCAM!! Luckily, I noticed something off after just 2 months and paused my account since I was given ZERO reports beside an on page optimization that could be accessed for free by anyone online. I first worked with Nikki who would take a week to get back to my email, so I complained and my account was transferred over to Terry who made me choose a whole new set of keywords even though I already picked my keywords with Nikki (I guess they didn't do anything in the entire first month). When I asked them for reports on how they do their link building, this is exactly what Terry told me: "I spoke to my superiors and was told that we cannot generate a granular link report. I too, am pushing for that but it is not yet a part of our deliverables here at Swell". That statement alone, just does not make sense to me. Do not promise what cannot be delivered. I've been trying to get my money back for this entire month, yet they say I don't qualify for a refund and then disappear off the grid. I've been emailing with no reply...as if this company just disappeared. I mentioned multiple times if they can provide the reports, specific to my company (not just another template they send out to all their customers) I will continue to work with them, but they keep avoiding my questions, unable to deliver any concrete evidence that they've actually been "working". I've tried to report them to the BBB but no one pays attention to that. Is there no way to bring justice for all those tricked by this scam of a company? It is ILLEGAL by US Law to charge for services un-rendered, so why is this company still running? IF ANYONE WAS SCAMMED BY OC SEO OR SWELL MARKETING OR TYLER COLLINS, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL @ anqiisong@gmail.com, WE CAN WORK TOGETHER AND START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. For people considering this company for SEO purposed, STAY AWAY!!! This is the most irresponsible company I have ever worked with.
