After a week, Hudson's team had yet to run a technical analysis, had not successfully logged into our social accounts, tripped our Google webmaster tools page login and was clueless about our market space. Then, when we requested they stop work and issue a refund they attempted to charge us 15 hours' worth of work of a 30 hour monthly budget.
